For more than 8 years, she’s been managing residential properties, where her calm nature and reassuring approach have made her someone tenants trust and feel comfortable with. She's great at handling tough situations, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure everyone feels heard and respected.

Ruth has worked on all kinds of residential properties, handling everything from lease paperwork to maintenance and budgets. She enjoys staying hands-on and bringing a personal touch to the way she manages homes and relationships.

Before moving into real estate, Ruth spent 7 years as a corrections officer. That experience taught her how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and manage challenging situations—skills she still uses every day in her current work.
